Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Creafolio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Creafolio is operated by Creafolio ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Creafolio is a portfolio and business management platform designed for UGC (User-Generated Content) creators. The Service includes:

• Public portfolio pages accessible via a unique username URL
• Invoice creation, management, and PDF download tools
• Brand outreach tracking and management
• TikTok account integration for content synchronization
• Instagram account integration for profile and content synchronization
• Threads account integration for profile and content synchronization
• Google Calendar integration for content schedule management
• Deal and project management tools
• Studio content planning and scheduling tools

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your password or account access with any third party

4. TikTok Integration

Creafolio integrates with the TikTok API to allow users to connect their TikTok accounts and synchronize content to their portfolio. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Creafolio to:

• Access your TikTok public profile information (username, follower count, video list)
• Display your TikTok content on your Creafolio portfolio page
• Store your TikTok account metadata to enhance your portfolio

You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time via Settings → Connected Accounts. We do not post to TikTok on your behalf without explicit action from you.

5. Instagram & Threads Integration

Creafolio integrates with the Meta (Instagram and Threads) APIs to allow users to connect their accounts and synchronize content to their portfolio. By connecting your Instagram or Threads account, you authorize Creafolio to:

• Access your public profile information (username, display name, profile picture, follower count)
• Read your public posts and engagement metrics to display on your portfolio
• Store your account metadata and post data to power your portfolio and dashboard

Creafolio does not post, comment, or take any action on Instagram or Threads on your behalf. We only read data to display it on your portfolio.

You may disconnect your Instagram or Threads account at any time via Settings → Connected Accounts. You may also revoke access directly from Instagram Settings → Security → Apps and Websites, or from Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.

Our use of Instagram and Threads data is governed by the Meta Platform Terms.

6. Google Calendar Integration

Creafolio integrates with Google Calendar to help creators manage their content schedule. By connecting your Google Calendar account, you authorize Creafolio to:

• Create calendar events in your primary Google Calendar when you schedule content in Studio
• Update calendar events when you modify scheduled content details or dates
• Delete calendar events when you remove or unschedule content from Studio

Creafolio uses the calendar.events scope and does not read, modify, or delete any calendar events that were not created by Creafolio. We do not access your other calendars or any pre-existing events.

You may disconnect your Google Calendar account at any time via Settings → Connected Accounts, or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Creafolio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Creafolio. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate another user or person
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Creafolio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creafolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
