Data Deletion Request

Creafolio respects your right to control your personal data.

What data we store

  • Account information (name, email, username, profile photo)
  • Portfolio content (videos, media links, rates, bio)
  • Connected social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Threads) including profile data and metrics
  • Google Calendar OAuth tokens (access token and refresh token)
  • Deal, invoice, and outreach records you have created

Option 1 — Delete your account yourself

If you have a Creafolio account, you can permanently delete it directly from Settings. All your data will be removed within 30 days.

  1. Log in to your Creafolio account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone
  4. Click Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps

Option 2 — Request via email

If you no longer have access to your account, send us an email and we will manually delete your data within 30 days.

This page satisfies Meta's data deletion requirements for apps using Instagram and Threads Login. If you connected your Instagram, Threads, or Google Calendar account to Creafolio and later removed app access from the respective platform settings, your data will be automatically scheduled for deletion.
